COEUR d'ALENE — Shakespeare Coeur d'Alene has scheduled a launch party at Coeur du Christ Academy, 618 E. Wallace Ave, at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. The new nonprofit theater company will introduce its team and outline production plans. 'We are excited to connect with those who love theater — especially Shakespeare — and share our exciting plans with them," said Mary Bowers, Shakespeare Coeur d'Alene artistic director. Shakespeare Coeur d'Alene will present the plays and poetry of William Shakespeare to North Idaho, beginning with its inaugural 2024 season, which will feature "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and "Macbeth.
