GOLF MOSCOW — Trey Lambert of Lake City won the boys individual title, and Coeur d'Alene captured the boys and girls team titles Monday at the Moscow Invitational at the University of Idaho Golf Course. Lambert, a freshman, shot an even-par 72. He started out 5-over after five holes, including a tee shot out of bounds on the par-5 third. 'He'd never played the course; I just assumed he had,' Lake City coach Kelly Reed said. 'I know he's played in much bigger environments than Idaho high school golf tournaments (like last week's PNGA Junior Boys Amateur in Bellingham, Wash.
