On Tuesday, Jan. 24, the governor gave an update on his 'Idaho First' initiative and his budget proposal for 2023 to local businesses hosted by the Coeur d'Alene Chamber. Hearing the governor speak is a rare opportunity, but in this case, local businesses experienced the additional privilege of attending alongside high school students! At the beautiful Hagadone Event Center, more than 100 high school students joined the Cd'A Regional Chamber and local business leaders at this special event. Students were warmly included and welcomed to the table so that they might learn more about the issues facing our great state.
