Don't bother with Shilo Inn. What a disaster! We booked online and arrived to find the set for a horror movie. I felt that this hotel was an unsafe place for my family of 4 (with children). My kids were excited to go swimming and use the hot tub. I was looking forward to a fitness center. The amenities were boarded up. When I requested a refund from management, it was denied. We bit the bullet and ended up staying at the La Quinta which was a wonderful experience and were given a discount on our room. This review was written after several attempts to contact the Shilo Inn's management and Shilo Inn corporate. I'll let my photos from this experience say the rest.

Under construction so if you are in need of exercise and/or pool sauna...its not available. Also avoid using your debit card on the lobby coke machine...it will charge 5.00 instead of 1.50...you have to contact actual dealet not hotel to get a refund...seems it happens a lot? Otherwise the room space is good, rooms are clean and staff is really nice and helpful . Awesome breakfast with something everyone can appreciate.
