Sears Appliance Repair in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

I am totally unhappy with this repair service for my 2 year old very expensive refrigerator. Upon initial call I was told I would get an expedited call( I have the upgraded warranty) that call took 3 days and the first visit was a week after my first call to Sears. When the technician advised what the issue was said it would take 3-5 days to get part. However the repair would be scheduled 2 weeks later. So in total my house went without a refrigerator for 3 weeks. When I voiced my concerns every person I talked to agreed it was wrong. But not one person cared enough to get us the help sooner. In the end I spent 100.00 to get an apartment fridge to be able to have basics. And when I made a food claim ( covered under my warranty)They discounted My loss 50.00 without any explanation . So frankly don't waste your money on any Master protection warranty ! The parts and labor would have been cheaper than eating out nearly daily for 3 weeks ! Very disappointed and will not buy appliance or warranty from Sears in the future.
