This place is robbery. Black mold in the walls, your family breathing it. Leaks they never fix. There was a baby bird in the roof and i called them to climb up there and get it down. The lady said the maintenance people were not cleared to go a certain feet off the ground and there was nothinf they could do but call animal control and they could take days. So she expected me to just let it die up there. Also, when we moved out the apartment was amazingly clean. I even pulled out the fridge and oven and cleaned the walls behind it. They charged 200 for cleaning and carpet cleaning fees. When i called the number on the "receipts", both the cleaning agencies had no record of being in that apartment number. The winter is ungodly like people have said. Front wheel drive and brand new snow tires and i cant get out of a parking spot. Weed smokers next door, inconvenient power outages due to maintenance, parking lots that u have to park outside of because theres literally nowhere to park unless u wanna park illegally. I read the reviews and didnt listen. Thinking we would be different and other people are stupid and I'm respectable and trustworthy as a tenant. Nope. Their replies to these reviews are not genuine. And this is with the new staffing They purposely avoid phone calls, don't answer emails when it matters, and avoid fixing problems. But if you want to sign your happiness away and rent here, you bet your butt they're on it! And much nicer than they actually are, of course. Please please please, spare your family and yourself. I wish i had had the time to file a claim. These people truly are just as awful as people say. Hope the decent rent is worth it, cuz thats literally all you're gunna get
