Absolutely the worst car service I've ever experienced. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I called - they said they overlooked it. Another week went by - no word, so I called again. They said they found the problem and had ordered parts and it would be repaired that day for $550. One week later, I called again - they said they had to send out to another shop because the parts they put in didn't fix all the problems. One week later they finally called us (for the first time) and said the car would be ready at a cost of $850. We had to wait another week to pick up the car and by that time Heather had called us to tell us they were going to start charging us a storage fee! We went in to pick up the car and let her know that they never did get an approval on the extra charges, so she took those off - but then derogatorily told us that giving us a discount would NOT happen the next time around. You're damn right it won't - we will never go back. Would give 0 stars if possible - the customer service was a nightmare.

The work they did on our car seemed ok enough and the mechanic himself was nice, but the receptionist was *extremely* rude every time i called and even when i paid. So rude that even though I don't mind going back, my husband flat out refuses to. It's a shame when an otherwise good company allows one person to tank their business.
